On time delivery is taken very seriously as we are aware of how important your event is for you. There is no room for error and we will never make delivery promises that we cannot keep.
We have been contacted on several occasions to assist an anxious customer who has been let down with delivery at the last minute by a company who could not deliver on time. Fortunately we have always managed to be of assistance and the events went off smoothly.
Due to the large volume of printing that we do, we know exactly how much time is needed for production and how much time is needed to make the delivery. Communicating with our production manager several times a day means that we always have updates on current production.
Time lines will always be discussed with our customers prior to accepting an order. We would rather turn down an order if we cannot confidently meet your deadline.
